Copago is an Enterprise Resource Planning for retail stores in Argentina and Spain.
ERP with a point-of-sale component that simplifies selling consignment goods from different vendors. It allows retailers to automatically create and send invoices, manage clients and vendors, give vendors access to their sales information, manage products, stocks, customers, reports, logistics, etc.
In the first year, we started with a small point of sale and worked our way into building a comprehensive ERP, which 20+ stores now use. We implemented a payment gateway system that pays vendors directly while cutting retail fees, significantly reducing taxes in Argentina.
As a result, the client was able to focus on their sales and leave the software to handle most of the accounting and all of the payment reconciliation with their brands. They liked the project so much that what started as their in-house solution evolved into a SaaS business that helps other consignment retailers in Argentina.
